Hi I don't know if I'm allowed to ask for help in this matter. I am looking for records of the marriage between my mother and father William Thomas harold Tibbles from London and mary cook from Chester lee street Co Durham. I believe they got married around 1937 to 1941 I believe it to be in Scarborough. Many thanks
