You seem to have dismissed the idea on there of a marriage as early as 1685 as first child you have found baptised was c 1689/90

Looking for a marriage records around 1685 around Cheshire.? UK

A burial at St Mary , Rostherne parish , Cheshire, shows Dorothy Massey on -
6 th January 1730, followed by the burial of her husband Mr Richard Massey, Gent, in 1746/7. when he is 81.

His first child recorded as Bridget - at St Mary in January 1690. as are subsequent children, - non showing name of the mother in the register.
( Bridget, Dorothy, Elizabeth, and John, Jeffrey & Pershall ).

Four of these children settle in Liverpool around 1720, (John & Jeffrey remaining in Rostherne). But Jeffreys 3 daughters move to Liverpool too.
They are all it appears, non conformists at this date.

Any suggestions on possible marriage for Richard & Dorothy.?
