I wonder if anyone can help me with the meaning of M.N.T after my ancestors name on marriage details

The line reads
Samuel Rozee M.N.T Wea. & Sarah Amey S.

They were married on 22April 1735 in London at St Dunstan and All Saints, Stepney, Tower Hamlets, Middx

I believe that Samuel was a Huguenot and possibly a weaver hence the wea. abbreviation

Pretty sure you're right with the Wea meaning Weaver.

The typed record says M.N.T. but looking at the original it is Samuel Rozee OF ------
(so where they were from) but can't decipher of where, not sure if MNT though (if it was ? Mile End New Town)

Yes - another of the original versions has MEN Towne so Mile End New Town

There are initials for such places as

Rambling: I had not picked up that Samuel had married twice but think that is because l traced my ancestor to Sarah Rozee having the mother Sarah Amey
