Hi , My best friend got married in September 1967 at Pontefract west yorkshire .As they have been married 50 years this year she like to find the other couple that got married that day at Pontefract reg office. I have had a look on search on here but can not find them

Click on the page number and hopefully it will show another couple with the same index numbers.
This has just worked for me. I happen to remember the name of the other bride who married at the same church on the day we married.

As it was a register office marriage there may have been several other couples who married that day. Also being on the same page does not mean they were married on the same day.

Even if you know there were only two marriages on that day you need to check the previous and subsequent pages which will give you another four possible couples.
