I am struggling to get back further from a marriage in 1795 at Manchester Collegiate church of William Mellor and Martha Ashcroft. They had 10 children and Martha died 5 months after giving birth to her last child in 1818. What can I do?

Have you thought of checking the names of their children, to see if they followed a naming pattern??

This often gives clues as to the names of the respective parents.

Thanks for info although Martha married in 1795 so I can't think the baptism is correct? How can I find futher r info on Williams parents when it's pre registration?
