was on a reform ship called the cornwall he was reordered as an inmate at the age of 17 how can i find pictures or what his crimes were

hi thank you for all your help all i know is i found the cornwall training ship ADM188 seamens service record it came uop with oswald owen/turner age 25 crt date 12 jan 1909 it says oswald was on this ship
