My now deceased Grandmother Alice Beatrice( Eade) Kershaw (born Alice Beatrice Brooks)
married a Salvation army man called Frank Gaunt in the 1960's. They lived in Lancashire near Morecombe and were regular church goers. Does anyone have any family links with Mr Gaunt?

I notice you have her on your tree as Alice B Kershaw, born 1905... but she wouldn't have been Kershaw . and I am not seeing a birth, do you have that please.

Was Alice really 46 when she married for the first time to Kershaw? or is the name Eade from a previous marriage.

Was wondering that too Rose as she is stated as 46 on marriage she would a bit older to be starting a family to become a grandmother later

Unfortunately she was widowed three times, outlived all her husbands!
Married Arthur Frank Eade who died
Then in 1951 she married John Kershaw
He also died and she then married Frank Gaunt in 1966

I have her on my tree as Alice Beatrice Brooks her maiden name but have also added her as Alice Beatrice Eade and Alice Beatrice Kershaw as amateur researchers like myself may not realise she had re-married.
I was hoping to find some of the Kershaw and Gaunt family who may have known her or part of the tree.

Your best bet is to get the marriage certs for the ages and father's names of her husbands..you can then look for families of each if them to see if they had any siblings etc

Don't think descendents are going to come to you as they may not have followed her later life

This looks like her first hubby with a sister

edit, I'm not trying to be awkward but the reason I am stressing the importance of her birth date and location is that any member of the Gaunt or Eade or Kershaw or Brooks family who search on here will probably be looking for a specific year and place of birth.

Frank Gaunt, John Kershaw...do you have the marriage certs for age, occupations, and father's names? That way we can see if they may have had siblings.
