Infirmity on Census

The householder filled in 1911 census...................so anything not in his writing is purely for admin. purposes

Looking at the image I don't think the people on this census record have an infirmity at all. The numbers in red are just the enumerator filling in details that he has to record himself .

I hadn't really noticed this before but on the 1911 census for George Hall Yob 1859 Brentford it show that his sister -in-law has a 110 in this column. Does that mean she was deaf and became deaf at the age of 10? And the daughter Florence Toomey age 9 has a 1 in this column?

What exactly does this mean? Thanks.
