What information would I expect to find on a british birth certificate dated 1845, please?

If England and Wales, the format hasn't changed to more recent ones. The only difference is that it may not give exact addresses, just an area.

There's an 1848 one here - probably a rural area

My 2x gt grandfather born 31/12/1844 does have the number and street name (London) his father registered the birth so the mother was down as his wife when she was still married to someone else.
Mind you he registered another son in 1850 and the same details are on that cert including the address which was still the same
