Ancestry help please

I can sign in to Ancestry, but cannot proceed any further. Whatever I click on, nothing happens. Could anyone tell me what the problem may be?

Thanks Yvonne. I did ring Ancestry and they told me to try clearing my cache, which I did and now it's working OK. In view of what you say, perhaps that's a coincidence :-)
