Can anyone tell me how to access Scottish Records as I only seem to find English and Welsh.

GR does not have Scottish records


Scotlands People is by far the best site



ancestry also has Scottish censuses 1841 - 1901, transcriptions only

In fairness, GR also has transcribed scottish census to 1901.

Not answering your Q - but you will find it handy to know where Scottish civil parishes are.
There's an 1890s map showing the parishes in any Scottish county at:
