Help! Problem adding child

Member Since: June 2008 Posts: 550 Send Message	I have a husband John and wife Emma, when I try to add a child I click on John, Add child, enter forename, dob, gender, parents John and Emma then click save. The child attaches to John but not to Emma. On the child’s details the father is John but the mother is blank. Not had this problem before. Please any ideas??

	Try refreshing the page (press F5) If that doesn't work then contact GR support Roy Just a thought, You did select Add to in the Parents* section, you have the option to select ( both parents ) or select Father plus unknown? If your adding through the mother you have the opposite select both or (Mother plus unknown) Roy
