I am hoping the 1995 entry on the California Death index is not him but hoping that some member that has access to those records can rule it out for you

I am searching for my brother Andrew Riddell Miller born August 10th 1961 in Glasgow , i haven't seen him since 1978 and been missing since then. He may have travelled down south.
