If you're using FMP you should also be able to see Philip Henry 24/1/1847 and possible for Sarah - Sarah Ellen 14/7/1850 (I can see the transcripts on familysearch, but images available on FMP)

I've just found Fanny's christening date of 7/5/1843 and Eliza is still unmarried.

Just took a look at the 1851 image - mother Eliza was unmarried, and there is this christening for older sister Ann

I think Francis Alfred may have died as a baby or been adopted out, as I can't find him again.

I think it may stem back to the birth of Alfred's father,

The only Alfred Palin birth in Nantwich was in June qtr 1870, but a death reg in Sept qtr. So I don't think Alfred was registered under Palin.
