I am just returned to G.R. after a break and I not realy impressed with it.
Could you devise a simple way for the users to contact you there when me wish to ask for assistance with a problem.

My latest reply from GR about the subject of tree printing has apparently been passed over to the Community Manager so I wonder how long it will be before I get a reply

Maybe I shouldn't have said 'pulled' - I didn't mean to imply one thing or the other - it was just 'gone'.

But I don't think the Chat Boards were the correct place for Tony to advertise his wares. When you let one in the hoards follow!

GB, GR did post their recommended tree printing site and it was at the time debated on this the Genealogy chat board and you also commented on that thread

Would like a response from the Team on this little problem.

Does this site recommend any tree printing company?

If it does why is there no easily found mention of it on this site.

Why are members not being allowed to put a website addy for a company that many of us have used and tell other members about.

Does this mean that GR have cut all ties with one company in favour of another?

WHY !!!!

some bright spark decided to make it difficult for members to cotnact GR.

You now have to go into Help

scroll all the way down until you see Feedback in the listing on the left

Click on Feedback

Click again on Feedback in the drop down box

Then you will see this .............

What happened to the option to contact support on general matters?
