uploading photo's

Morning all, can anyone tell me how i upload a photo into my family tree please, it used to be click on upload, then select a photo from wherever, i am now clicking on upload and nothing is happening.

Hi Colin

I found that too. Look again and I'm sure you will find you photo there. There seems to be a delay, frustrating I know. These things are sent to try us.

If the upload was successful, it will be in your 'Keepsafe'.

As a check, I've uploaded one of mine - it works fine

There can be delays, and even "Image cannot be transferred". I found that after selecting the image, on the following page the "Title" doesn't appear before you click to upload. This means the system hasn't grabbed the image address correctly and you have to go back and do it again.

I'm pretty pleased with the Keepsafe. :-)

hey Malcolm, when i finally figured out how to do it , it's easy, i too like keep safe however i wish they wouldn't keep changing things

Doesn’t seem to work on my iPad but okay on laptop running windows, was okay until recent iOS updates
