3 thousand with same surname in one registration district in that time span, it must be a very common name |

You could try listing all the deaths between the marriage date of the parents and the 1911 census in that registration district of who died young (Ages are listed) then cross reference these deaths with births that match, that would/should give you a short list of possibles |

Anyone know how to find children that are not listed on census yet were born and died in between the census. |
