If you wish to trace a telephone number, try BT or 192.com.

I should like to point out that for a considerable part of the time period of your search, the telephone was not available.

Perhaps you expect too much of what you ask for on here.

Another aspect of the information you requested is that Mr John Smith will most likely no longer be available to accept telephone calls owing to the fact he is probably extremely deceased!!!!

But as ever, I remain always willing to help out a fellow member.

Family lore has it that the telephone was in fact invented before 'Mr Bell' was born and also John Smith may still be alive. He was last seen in Tesco about two years ago, it was either Blackpool or Burnley?

He has black hair and a ginger beard, walks with a limp...someone must know him

My GGGGGGG relative was the first to own one, so I know there must be a phone number for John....can you find it for me, I am too lazy to bother

John smith son of Samuel and Sarah was born 18 March 1824 and was in 1970 taken over by Courage before his adoption in 1995 his new parents were Scottish & Newcastle although he was last seen running away with the much younger glamour model called Miss Heineken in 2008 his last known address was just outside the village of Tadcaster in North Yorkshire

Ive tried that phone number and I got some guy telling me to stop calling him and he denied any knowledge of John Smith with the limp...........Im thinking 'he' might be the right one but is in denial? Do you think his parents are still alive?

The trouble is that none of you are ill like me and you are just making me worse by making fun on my thread.

And thanks to all of you, I nearly choked on my salad. The keyboard is very messy now and because of this I don't love some of you anymore.

The rest of you I love very much. I especially love Reggie - but he doesn't know it because he already has someone else loving him.

And I don't care about John Smith at all. If you lot are all too useless at finding him, well just keep asking each other until it finally sinks in that you AREN'T GOING TO FIND HIM.

I am now going to retire in a dignified manner to Find Ancestors. There I shall see if anyone NICE wants my help.
