Anyone have any Ideas Please Update marriage certs

The strange thing is she married 2 Newcastle men and settled in the area and when Lily was born they had a permanent address. Very odd!! |

Maybe the reason the family can't be found is because they were from the Channel Islands. Possible that Lily's mom could have been visiting family/friends when Lily was born. It's so easy for family to believe something totally untrue isn't it. |

Just to say that if you look on FMP for 1911 there is only one Gunday and 17 Gundey, none in Staffordshire. |

I take it that there was nothing more specific than Inland Revenue Officer. I'm sure that in those days being a civil servant was no slouchy job. Joseph must have been fairly well educated on the read, write and numeracy side. |
