Sarah,
It sound like you need to contact support to find out what has happened to your tree. They may take a few days to answer so in the mean time I would try to find what part of the tree is missing and if there is a particular person who would connect the missing part to the rest.

If there is such a person then check your Genes tree for that person This is to ensure that the relationships for that person are present and correct.

You could also run GEDCOM Validator (You may find that in the Microsoft Store if you use Windows). That would tell you if there are any errors in the GEDCOM file which might be useful information for Support to know.

That's true ErikaH. I forgot it was an ancient thread when I started working backwards through it.

It would be nice to know if there was a solution and what the cause was.
