The Devon Family History Society has a discussion board that I sometimes recommend to posters here for Devon help, as I did just now so I went there to get the link for it to post in a thread here

I see there are several 'pinned' posts there about the future of the record office

the posts are dated now, being from April and May, but they may be of interest to people interested in Devon records

( I have always found Devon sources to be very stingy with their records and am completely confused by the family history society's way of providing access to them ! )

Researching:
the 'Walking Madonna' at Salisbury Cathedral ... if genes members find your family do thank them by name on the Success Stories board !
