Well, possibly, though as you know info 1841 very sparse. I wonder if this name might be Scottish, maybe one of our Scots members could advise! Found a marriage on Familysearch but just speculative: |

Don't know if it's connected, but on other column on 1841 there is a Margaret Atkenhead aged 45. Worth bearing in mind just in case in turns out to be significant! (She isn't born in county looking at image) |

if she married post 1837 her marraige cert will provide the name of her father. This will help you locate possible baptism records. |

thanx paula im looking for a frances akenhead born 1821/ or 1822 in carlton, durham ive found her in the 1841 census but it does give me much detailson her family |

No registration before 1837. You have to rely on parish records, in this case baptism. You can try Familysearch site: |
