Hi , i have been looking for my great grandmother birth record and cant find anything i have here 2 marrage cert & death cert , i have been to county office nothing can anyone offer any tips to help cant find here father either ?

She may have been born a different name, mother remarried .?

have checked the free bmd , here maiden name richards ellen gertrude born 1888 have death record |& 2 marriage cert but no luck in census or birth records i know she lived in hereford in 1911 as on marriage record her father on there as thomas richards labourer

she may have lived in Hereford but not born there

she really hard to fid shirley i think i will give up lol

hi rose in 1911 the witness on the marriage to james cooper (1st marriage ) are harry richards & louisa davies the house of resisdence in 1911 in 12ross road hereford , can you check by using the address never knew about that i have found a ellen in monmouth but not sure if its here cant find that birth reg either , thanks for everyone help much appeciated .

She had a brother Henry and looks like her sister Louisa married a Davies, but not ny 1911.
