When you say you have tried spelling their names different ways have you also considered mistranscriptions? For example an initial T can get transcribed as an F or J (that has happened in my tree).

Sometimes the first names are given as just initials or common abbreviations (Thos, Chas, Wm, Jno etc).

Or try just first names and year and place of birth.

Give us the details from the census records you do have and see if someone else can find them.

Do you have an ancestry or FMP subscription? If so and you know which village they would have lived in, then work your way through the whole village. That has worked for me several times.

If you find that the name has been transcribed wrongly then do get it corrected if possible.

Any suggestions I have members of my families missing from the above census years. I have tried spelling their names various ways to no avail. Any ideas ????
