Its Certainly an odd one, I have all the baptisms of the other children except him and Margaret Altho she is Registered, Armstrong & Richard were Baptised together on 8th July 1846 AT ST Nicholas, Hetton, so why werent John and Margaret baptised at the same time?, also were they lived in Hetton was a 5 mins walk to the Church. |

Yes Mary thats him, the family were Church of England as far as i know, the Baptism of Douglas was St NIcholas Church in Newcastle. |

Unfortunately, not everyone was registered - in one particular part of my family, most children were registered, but one wasn't; in another part of my family, most children were baptised C of E, but the last one was baptised in a Wesleyan Methodist Chapel. |
