birth says 1885 and the birthplace doesn't look like London either?

So you don't have the family on the 1911 Census?

that could have been him that emigrated in 1908 about 20 years old
he cannot be found after 1901 census or marr /deaths i the uk ??

the 1901 census gives him as 3 years old this arthur james that emigrated 1908 was 20 -22
