Hi Frederick, if he was a Journeyman Tailor, it means he served an apprenticeship and was self employed. He could have moved around looking for work. |

Yes I saw him in 1901 but he is still in Blackburn and married to the same person with 2 children in 1911 and at the same address so I don't think he is your man |

is there anything for 2 pear grove 1901 census, as it seems odd that it appears on his birth cert under mothers name jennie hamilton/ cunningham .it also has a m a jones present at birth .. fred |

Frederick, there is a 2 Pear Grove in 1901 but as I only have Ancestry I can't find it. Someone who has a FMP sub can search on there by address |
