please can anyone tell me how I can view the household of a census record rather than an individual person . For example I know that in the 1891 census the Jacklin household I'm interested in consisted of William (head), Anne (wife), Ellin, Rose.A, and John Wm but I can;t find this record. I'm wasting a lot of credits viewing records which tell me nothing. |

I've looked on GR but can only get individuals, not the household. I've also tried freecen but I don't think they're there, and the family search (church) site. William Jacklin c.1857, Anne (wife) c. 1860, Ellin/Nelly c. 1880, Rose c.1884, and John Wm c. 1887 main place seems to be lincolnshire. |

thanks again polly p, but I still can't do it!! I found Ann Jacklin at the address you found but it only gave me her, no mention of other members, so what am I doing wrong? and what do you mean by the other page and how do I get there? sorry to be a bother but if I don't learn how to do this will have to depend on others indefinately |

Susan as Trudi has said you can get a 14 day free trial on Ancestry...and if you stay up all night , every night you can get an awful lot done in that 14 days :) just remember to cancel before they start charging. |
