I found the will by googling "Allin Swales" It was transcribed by Bryan Hoggarth. Try googling different Swales names. There are other wills that he has transcribed. |

That's good,now if Allin and Frank are related then that is Allin on the Empress of Britain and he was only in Canada for six months. |

Yes, I see that his name was Allin, his mother's maiden name, I believe. We mistranscribe in Canada too. He doesn't show up on the 1911 Canadian census. Perhaps someone with access to passenger lists could tell you when he came to Canada. |
