Morning all

I've been trying to find an Edward Brownlow who is listed as the grandson on two census's 1891 and 1901 (aged about 20 in the later) to John Foley. He was born in London.

I did try ording one certificate but put the mother's surname as Foley, they've come back and said this is not the one, should I still get the certificate or wait it out and see what else I can find out about the lad. He may have been a step grandson I suppose.

Please advise.
