Where exactly was she working in 1881. In 1871 there is a Harriet Eustance born in 1857 in Llanover working as a servant in what looks like Penny Park Abergavenny. Maybe her??? |

Yes - I have her from 1881 census forward - I cannot get backwards! |

WOW Chrissie! - there is a Eunice in the family later on! |

My 1871 search doesn't pick that Abergavenny entry up at all - how do you do that please or could you post the complete entry? |

Chrissie, assume this is her 1881: |

I may be totally way off here. Looking at the possible in 1871 both Jan and I found, there is a birth for a Harriet Hustence in Jun q 1857 Abergaveny. |

Chrissie, the name might seem way off but I think it's a very good find, well done you - Abergavenny does cover LLanover after all. I'd be tempted to get that cert if I were Nigel just to see - but who am I to be spending his money! |

also - as a matter of general interest - what could that deleted post above be about? |
|||
|
Chrissie2394 | Report | 17 Nov 2009 23:16 |
The deleted post could be that someone else found the same record that Jan and I did and decided to delete it to save confusion as there would be three replies giving the same info. |

Wow Ozibird, what a find. That must be a great possibility for a brother of Harriets. |

I was looking for family members as you say - but I suspect this might be a dead end. |
