Could you contact the local police station where you think they live and ask them to pass a message on? Perhaps they would be able to help, they can only say no and it sounds a seriuos situation. |

Save your money. The electoral roll (192.com) won't list their phone number unless they are also listed on the BT site. They can't show ex-directory numbers. |
