brings up his attestation papers. B 5/1/1894, farmer, pob=Birmingham, nok= Miss Gertrude Reddall, Woodstock, NB.

It is the right Frank Reddall with his Aunt and Uncle.
Eliza Homer was Frank`s mother`s sister,
I have just found the marriage of Eliza Harper and Joseph Homer,
Harper was Frank`s mother`s maiden name,

Also the Military Record shame he was killed,he didn`t have much
of a life did he.

I have misinformed. According to the Home Child Canadian website the children could be any age from 4 -15. My aunt was 10 and she was in a home with two younger brothers but they werent sent !! one was 8 and the other 5.

I checked for a marriage for Frank Reddall and couldn't find one. Then checked CWGC for Frank Reddall and found this :

Thankyou for Frank Reddall i have found is Birth 1894 but is not on the
1901 census in Birmingham,so i don`t know if he is Gertrude`s sister.
I need to know who is parents were.

Didn't see there were later children however home children were not sent until they were around 10 years old minimum .We have a home child in my mums family sent to Canada in 1909 aged just 10.
So the younger children may well have been in homes but then not sent to Canada when they became around 10 yers of age

If you put Gertrude's name in SEARCH (located beneath GR logo at top left hand of page) there are 4 trees (including Carol's) with her listed.

know a lot of children were sent to Canada from Middlemore Homes
which is not to far from where i live .
There were 2 other younger children Edith Reddall 1899 but i know
she never went,but i don`t know about Florence born 1901,i
thought maybe she might be to young.
