I spent a bit of time at the library and took the following information from the OPRs – it might be useful to someone.
James Webster born 18 September 1757 (son of James Webster & Christian Crighton) and wife Catharine Thomson, married about 1784 at Kirkliston
Found three children of this couple:

1. “James Webster & Catharine Thomson had a son born 20th July bapt. 7 Aug. N: James Wits. J Stevenson & B?? Meek? – 1785 Kirkliston”
2. “Jas. Webster & Catharine Thomson had a son born 14 Febry. Bapt. 17th March N: Lewis? Wit. ?? & David (Fortune?) 1794 Kirkliston”
3. “James Webster & Catharine Thomson had a son & daughter born June 5th Bapt. 19th N: William & Mary Wit. Peter Thomson & John Mason”
