Erin - basically correct, except they're not really going to the UK - they were there to start with - what do you think was United with what in UK? |

Yes Catherine you are correct...if you are trying to work out the when and where of your family going to UK from the Island of Ireland then its a case of looking at the earliest Census where they appear and seeing if any children were born prior to their arrival and trying that way ...its not an exact science and full of pitfalls but its the best there is I'm afraid |
