My dads subscription ran out last October, he could not afford to re-new, I even emailed to say as much when he cancelled. I thought they would have sent him an offer to entice him back............ but not a sausage! |

Have just tried to upgrade my membership as I have found lots of my ancestors went to Oz and US but when I went to the link to upgrade the charges were coming up as $149.95 for UK.heritage and $449 for Worldwide Heritage, no mention of half price offer. Could somebody tell me if this is usual as didn't want topress the upgrade button to pay and then find I had been charged £205!!!! |
