Thanks both Barry and Lisa J I dont think he came back my mum used to say that he married and settled out there. I dont know whether he married before he went or in Canada. |

My great uncle Arthur Thomas Sears was born in Tring Herts. in 1876. He emigrated to Canada in his early 20s does anyone know how I could find out exactly when he emigrated and where to? |
