hello me in cyprus, the album that i currently have souns exactly like you describe, the only problem i have is with labelling who is who and where the pics were taken etc. I didnt want to label the back of the pics as anybody browsing will have to remove each picture in turn just see who is who, i was looking for some neat way of labelling the book itself, rather that just writing in it. Thats why i originally looked at a dymo tape . |

Paul--if the photos you want to store permanently and preserve for generations to come ,consider the thick black paper for mounting the photos with envelope corners that my mum left to me -- |

Your welcome Paul good luck, im still trying to organise all my photos, Another way which wont be effectife is on the photo corners holding the photos in put a number and have a type of 'glossery at the back of the album but i supose that would be annoying flicking back and forth from the photo hehe. |

I bought a "Victorian Album" for my old photos, and there are different cut outs eg some oval some square and the photos fit in between the 2 hard cardboard sheets, one photo to a page. |

Hi Paul. I had alot of photos sent to me from newlyfound family members, what he had done with a few was draw a rough outline of the people and then put their names in their outline. He then wrote at the bottom where and when it was taken. |

thanks teresa, it might be easier to do that, buy a different type of album then, rather than try to find a way to use what i have already. |

I'm not familiar with the dymo name, but you can buy sheets containing 20 address labels - they're meant for computors to print the labels, but you can write on them instead, then peel them off the backing sheet and stick them in your album. Maybe I've not explained it well, but check out a computer/office supplies shop. |
