	A thank you to portland Rose for taking away a brick wall for me, I have now confirmed that the family changed from Higgins to Hall, in thier sons birth cert Edward Hall. I also have the rest of the family under 3 different names Connelly, Higgins and Hall. Once again many thanks to Portland Rose.
