Ann palfreyman was MARRIED in north Wingfield..she was not born in North Wingfield..the only Ann born in NWF in 1711 was Ann Cutt.who didn't marry there. |

Hi Sandra.....I would be tempted to reject both Robert and Elizabeth..because Elizabeth was bapt 05.05 1738 daughter of Robert and Anne...with an E..I'll see if i can find a marriage..... and the 1726 Robert...02.10.1726 was the son of John and Alice.......... |

Hi again Sandra I'm not a great fan of IGI and LSD records..unless they are extracted..the birth for Ann palfreyman will NOT be extracted becasue i have the Tideswell Parish records from which such info would have been extracted....the only Ann who might fit is in fact Anne.bapt15.11.1812...ok she could have been born 1811, becasue one of the great mysteries tro me is the length of time you often find in early records of the gap between birth and baptism..Her father was george palfreyman by the way. |

Hi Derek, thanks for the offer of help. Two things I am looking for, the first is the birth/christening for Ellen Gregson around 1782. in all the census she says she's from Longford but her age is never quite so certain. She married John Sherratt 1807 Kirk Langley, Derbyshire. |
