on the boards. 'Text speak' should be limited to those wretched mobile phones. Thank you. |

Couldn't agree more Eric. Text speak drives me mad and I'm put off helping because it takes me longer to work out what is being said. |

I use Vodafone pay as you go and £10 lasts me well over 6 months. I don't think there is a limit to how long you can have the credit. I have never lost my credits and I think I have only topped up once this year. |

Please check your mobile provider's terms and conditions. Most need you to make 1 chargeable call every 6 months in order to stay 'live on the network'. You don't and they have the right to disconnect your mobile and pocket your balance...not fair but legal |

Vodafone every three months? oh when I worked for them it was every 6 months...shows that you need to keep checking in case the companies 'tweak' their T&C's |

I realize that not everybody can spell properly but how about using capital letters when applicable, especially on names and places. |

I agree. There's no need to use text speak here. We're not being charged for the number of letters we use. |

Couldn't agree more! I do use my mobile to text but always use 'proper' English along with the correct punctuation. English is a beautiful language so why spoil it? I may be boring but so what?? |

I had a query yesterday which took me nearly as long to read and decipher as it did for me to do the search. |
