What I do when anyone asks for my tree to be opened is to send a message back saying that I do not open my tree unless I am really sure there is a match. I then give them a little bit of information around the person that they think is a match and ask if it corresponds with information they have. |

Could someone explain the protocol for request to access your tree, I have sent messages to members that I have found some part matches with and asked for more information on this match, on 2 occasions, the response has been to ask for access to my tree but not allow access to their tree. |
