If its not too late could you look on any of the electorial rolls for Birmingham for George & Amy Sedgwick and daughter Beatrice after the 1901 census. Last known address 24 Villa Street, Aston Manor, Birmingham.

Sorry Rache for not responding yesterday had my parents over!

Thank you so much for the info and it is quite possible he was living alone as his family stayed in Shropshire and he didn't marry tll 1913!

i put them as alone as i thought the address she was looking for was prior to a marriage and no parents were living with them

Re your reply to Kaz, just because they were the only people listed at the address doesn't necessarily mean they were living alone - women didn't have the vote then so their wives and daughters wouldn't be listed neither would any sons under the age of 21.

all of the above were living alone in 1912

Hi Rache

Would it be possible to search for Edward Richard Bennett on the 1912 electoral roll for Birmingham (he might go by his middle name).

In 1913 he was living at 15 Cuthbert Street.

Rache, I'd be grateful for anything on Francis Hudson in the Brmingham Trade Directory for 1828 or 1829...or before.
