tell you what - tell us about the person you are looking for in 1901 - tell us all you know about her, sure someone will find her, then can tell you how to find her for yourself - it will help you understand what people mean by mistranscription and similar things. |

get birth certificates you get info off them but it is expensive, go on to igi its on the ancestry site that helpd me, asking family members if you can, go to archives thay are help full if you have one in your area,if the person was born late 1900 and not registered untill after the census was taken you are not going to find them on it,war records you would have to contact army or navy offices thay charge £30 to look you have to prove who you are and how you are related to the person you are looking for, try the lds site thay have a good site if any of your relatives emigrated to america,and family members who didnt, hope this is of any help, make sure your research is correct by double checking, i made amistake on my tree, and i am having to start again almost from the begining, ihad got to 1592, good luck. |
