After a decade away ITV are bringing back the classic SURPRISE SURPRISE TV show. They are looking for people who would like to take part – have you or someone you know lost touch with a family member you’d love to be reunited with? If you are interested in talking to the producers of the show (ITV Studios Limited) about the possibility of treating someone to the surprise of their lifetime then email your contact details to [email protected] with the subject line ‘Surprise Surprise’.

Please note that by e-mailing us your details you hereby consent to us passing on the same information to ITV Studios for the above purposes. Your details will not be used doe any other purpose whatsoever by us. If you or your nominee are under 18 years old then please include the name and phone numbers of a parent or legal guardian. If you wish to apply for the show a separate ITV Studios application form will need to be completed by you. The closing date for such applications is 24th June 2012. The application process is subject to the programme recruitment terms and conditions at www.ITV.com/terms
