Hi guys - We have identified a bug that is preventing Safari users from accessing records even if they are upgraded. We are in the process of fixing this issue at the moment and will keep you updated of progress.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In the meantime, you can change your browser to use firefox or chrome and you will not experience the same issue.

Edited 22nd March - we have now found out what was causing the problems with the Safari browser. We will be correcting this soon. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience.
