I would like to sincerely apologise to all users who have been affected by any problems experienced on the site this afternoon. We had prepared a new release for deployment today, and it had undergone a great deal of testing. The release included some significant changes behind the scenes. However, after deployment we found that we were experiencing a higher than normal level of errors that was just unacceptable. We have therefore rolled back to the previous code version, and will undertake a thorough investigation into the issues that occurred so that we can roll the release out early next week. |
