Member Since: August 2005 Posts: 45 Send Message	Old family story that ancestor Whyte--either John or James--went to Hawaii from Kirriemuir Scotland for the sugar industry. It appears he came back home, boasting of his success and was "sandbagged"--mugged on the long walk home from the pub. This must have happened around the early part of the 20th Century. Any info would be gladly received.
