There are really too many LEGG(E) and READ marriages in the parish of "Powerstock & West Milton" for me to copy them on to this message - could you be a little more specific in terms of names, dates, etc.

These were the only two WILLIS marriages I found at Mentmore:

09 APR 1792 - Jos. WILLIS, of Slapton / Elizab. CARTER
29 MAR 1811 - Joh. ROW, b. / Ann WILLIS, sp. (by licence)

If it's of any interest, there were also half a dozen or so WILLIS marriages at Soulbury - not sure how close this is to Mentmore!

surname could be spelt Jekeman.

and if it's possible for the same area

Thomas Jekeman to a Jane surname unknown. around 1800 - 1803
