Not a blooming clue but I think census pn the 1st page had himdown as born c 1870? So 1906 would make him 36. Try under that. |

No I dont Mellie. All we have is that my Grandfather didn't actually remember his Dad at all. So, from that, I assume he may have died when he was a small child? It is an assumption though |

I think the Melia census is a pretty close match don't you? It might explain why my Aunt keeps referring to "our Irish routes" |
